What Hisab is
A daily muhasaba, kept private.
Hisab is a private daily muhasaba (self-accounting) journal for Muslims. It is a calm space to reflect on your day, weigh it honestly, and notice your trends.
How a day goes

Open to a greeting, the Hijri date, and a single quiet invitation to take account of the day.

Move through prayer, dhikr, Qur’an, character, the tongue, and the heart. Guided or Quick, sixty to ninety seconds.

A muhasaba is among the most honest records a person keeps, so Hisab is zero-knowledge by design. Your journal is encrypted with a key derived from a passphrase we never receive. Not us, and not anyone who reaches our servers, can read what you write.
Local-first, so it works fully offline. Encrypted cloud backup and multi-device sync are optional, and so is a biometric app lock. Export everything or delete your account entirely, any time, from inside the app.
